A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH SUPPORTING ENVIRONMENTALLY
RESPONSIBLE OIL AND GAS DEVELOPMENT ON THE ANAM COASTAL PLAIN.
WHEREAS, the Arctic Natiosal Wildlife Refuge includes more than 16

WHEREAS, the petroleum industry has consistently demonstrated its
ability to operate in cooditions similar to those found on the coastal plain iq

WHEREAS. the United States must prepare to develop domestic petroleum
