NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island 3orough Assembly
that the Mayor is hereby authorized to negotiate, execute, and administer any

B -rough aid nensg!ng 'ands on behalf of this e.. ity. The Mayor is also
authorized 'n exaeste any ccbcaquent amendment; 'o sail contract to provide fcri
