RESOLUTION NO. 87-39-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AUTHORIZING
LEASING OF OFFICE SPACE IN THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ANNEY. BUILDING.
WHEREAS: the Kodiak Island Borough ie the owner of Lots 5 and 7 of
U. S. Survey 2538A and all improvements thereon, and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly desires to manage the
property as a self-sustaining enterprise and to mut this goal it is advantag-
eous to provide full occupancy by renting the available space to qualified
occupants, giving first priority to school and borough use.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly has established the
fiscal year 1988 rental rate at 111.00 per square foot by Resolution No.
87-29-R.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
that the Borough Mayor is authorized to negotiate leases with the following

qualifying non-profit corporation at a cost of 111.00 per square foot:
! Space e8 Kodiak Tribal Council - 130 square feel.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the terms and conditions of lease Shall

be those provided in the written document as prepared and entitled Lease
'! Aareament.
