1987-33 Effect Certain Budget Changes for FY87.KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
RESOLUTION MO. 87-33-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY TO EFFECT CERTAIN
BUDGET CHANGES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1967.
WHEREAS, the Assembly of the Kodiak Island Borough has appropriated
certain fixed sums of money by Ordinance 86-21-0 for fiscal year 1987, and
WHEREAS, school building insurance costs have far exceeded the
budgeted amount by $105,000, and
WHEREAS, the High School Asbestos Abatement Project exceeded the
original budget by 665,000.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that staff is hereby authorized and
directed to effect the following project level changes:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that when the 6300,000 term bond for the
Hospital 1967 and related interest is paid on May 1, 1997 that any residual
dollars in such fund (projected to be 92,500) will be contributed to the Debt
Service School Bond Fund. Al that time the Hospital Bond Fund will be closed
out.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that staff is authorized and directed to
effect the necessary line item changes within the limits established above by
project to properly monitor, account and report for the expenditures of thee*
funds.

this resolution are hereby explicitly rescinded.
