RESOLUTION 87-32-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY ACCEPTING A
'.STATE GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $850.00 FOR COASTAL MANAGEMENT PLANNING.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough wishes to provide for coastal
management planning in our community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly declares that JEROME M. SELBY, the Mayor of the Kodiak Island
Borough, is hereby authorized to negotiate, execute, and administer any and
all documents and contracts required for granting funds to the Kodiak Island
,Borough and managing funds on behalf of this entity.
JEROME M. SELBY is also authorized to execute any subsequent
.l amendments to said contract to provide for adjustments to the project within
the scope of services or tasks, based upon the needs of the project.
