RESOLUTION NO. 87-24-R

A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY DESIGNATING A
PORTION OF THE FUND BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND FOR WORKING CAPITAL.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly has at some prior point
in time designated the amount of $900,000 of the fund balance of the General
Fund for working capital; and
WHEREAS, the actual working capital needs of the past two years has
been on occasion at an amount of $1,506,937.00.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the amount of $1,250,000.00 of
the unreserved fund balance of the General Fund shall be designated for
working capital. Staff is authorized and directed to book this amount which
will not be charged until further revised by a similar authority.
