RESOLUTION NO. 87-05-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH APPROVING AN INCREASE
AMENDING CONTRACT NO. 135 WITH ARCTIC ENGINEERS. INC.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly has directed changes
not covered in the original scope of services of this contract to be added
to the scope of services of this contract due to the relocation of the
facility from Smokies to the Landfill location, and
WHEREAS, Department of Environmental Conservation has changed some
of the conditions of the Landfill Closeout requirements, and
WHEREAS, Arctic Engineers. Inc. caused delay in the Bucon
construction contract, and
WHEREAS, the cost of the above changes have been evaluated as
follows:

NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough that
the Mayor be instructed to execute the amendment to Arctic Engineers, Inc.
in the amount of $76,445.00.
