A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH DECLARING CERTAIN BALER
EQUIPMENT SURPLUS AND DIRECTING IT TO BE SOLD. j
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough, has chosen to have the
equipment provided by the contractor who will operate the Baler facility,
i
and
WHEREAS, the Borough had obtained the equipment for operation of
the facility.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly that the following equipment is hereby declared surplus to the
needs of the Kodiak Island Borough:

1986 450-B Case Doter SIN 3073446
1986 Trail King Tilt Trailer SIN TK02035FM015087
and the Mayor is instructed to secure separate competitive proposals for
this equipment and that it be sold to the highest responsive bidder.
