WHEREAS, Section 18.20.030 of the Borough Code requires review by the

I WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has held an advertised
and noticed public meeting; and recommended approval of the electrical
[easement.
'I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough Assem-

bly grants a 40 -foot electrical distribution line easement to the Kodiak
I!Electric Association across Borough property described and delineated on the
accompanying nineteen (19) page map addendum and located in the following
U.S.S. 2539); 2• Russian River (Lot
