RESOLUTION NO. 85-109-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AWARDING THE
MAINTENANCE FACILITY CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, funds are available for this project, and
WHEREAS, bid documents were properly prepared and advertised
according to code, and
WHEREAS, the lowest bidder has been determined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly that the contract for the Maintenance Facility be awarded to
KHO Construction, Inc. of Anchorage, Alaska:
Bid Item One Base Bid $1,213,000.00
Bid Item Two 242,500.00
TOTAL $1,455,500.00
Unit Price (Rock Excavation) 20.00
PASSED AND APPROVED this 5 day of December , 1985.
