A special meeting of the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly was held
May 12, 1988 in the Conference Room of the Kodiak Island Borough
Building, 710 Mill Bay Road. The meeting was called to order at
7:35 p.m. (A verbatim record is on file in the Clerk's office)
There were present:
Lorne White, Presiding Alan Austerman
Ann Barker Ken Gregg
Jack McFarland Tom Merriman
Wayne Stevens
comprising a quorum of the assembly; and
Jerome Selby, Borough Mayor
Shirley Berns, Deputy Borough Clerk

Management Company.
GREGG, moved to approve contract
seconded by BARKER for Hospital Management with
LHS Management Company.
MCFARLAND, moved to table approval of
seconded by BARKER contract for Hospital
Management with LHS
Management Company until
June 2, 1988 regular
assembly meeting.
VOTE ON MOTION
MOTION CARRIED Unanimous Voice Vote
BARKER, moved to accept extension to
seconded by GBKGG Hospital Management contract
until June 15, 1988.
VOTE ON MOTTOS
MOTION CARRIED Unanimous Voice Vote
There being no further business to come before the assembly,
the meeting adjourned at 7:38 p.m.
