A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STAFF TO EFFECT CERTAIN DEPAIM04T LEVEL I
CHANGES FOR THE MENTAL HEALTH DEPAramERr IN THE FY 1989 BUDGET.
WHEREAS, the assembly of the Kodiak Island Borough has approved
opriation Ordinance No. 88-13-0 for fiscal year 1989; and j
WHEREAS, the actual grant awards to the Mental Health Center were $15,400
u than the estimated amounts in appropriation ordinance No. 88-13-0; and
WHEREAS, the Mental Health Advisory Board has conducted a mid -year budget
Lew and recommended an increase of $16,910 in both the revenues and
-nditures of the Mental Health Cuter in their March meeting; and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough School District desires to contract
t the Mental Health Center to provide specialized educational services
^h will amount to an increase of $11,242 in both revenues and expenditures;
wHMM, a review by staff has indicated that appropriation Ordinance No. ..
.3-0 should be changed to properly monitor, account, and report on the
hues and expenditures of the Mental Health Departlmnt of the Kodiak Island
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that staff is hereby authorized and
acted to effect the following project level changes in the 1989 budget.
