RESOLUTION NO. 89-36-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH DESIGNATING THE MAYOR
AND/OR THE FINANCE DIRECTOR AS ACTING CLERKS FOR THE PURPOSE OF
THE CLOSING OF THE $10,000,000 SCHOOL BCND SALE.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Clerk is out of town on other
business, and
WHEREAS, the Bond Sale for the $10,000,000 General Obligation School
Refunding Bond Issue will take place in Chicago in the offices of John Nuveen
and Camey on June 19-20, 1989, or such other place and tine as may be
mutually agreed upon, and
WHEREAS, certain docwmts of this closing will require the signature
of the Mayor and/or the Finance Director under the seal of the Kodiak Island
,�Borough.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that either the Mayor or the Finance
Director may attest to the signature of the other under the seal of the Kodiak
',Island Borough. Both are appointed as acting clerks of the Kodiak Island
Borough for the purpose of the closing of the $10,000,000 General Obligation
,Refunding School Bond Issue.
