RESOLUTION NO. 89-31-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AUTHORIZING AN
EXTENSION OF A LEASE FOR DRY DUMP OPERATIONS
WHEREAS, a dry dump site has been in existence
Survey 3467 since 1966; and in a Portion of
U.S.
WHEREAS, the removal of junk and abandoned vehicles
a community Priority; and from this site is
WHEREAS, Kodiak Auto Wrecking and Salvage has required
a time
extension of the lease to remove autos and scrap Biter and p metal from this
WHEREAS, clean-up of the dry dump lease will take an ambiguous effort
and is being done systematically and at an
and acceptable level of clean-up;
WHEREAS, section ten (10) of the present lease provides for a three
(3) year renewal of the lease.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
authorizes a three (3) year extension
