RESOLUTION NO. 89-18-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
AMENDING SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL RATES
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough, by passage of Ordinance No.
86-34-0, assumed the powers of Solid Waste Disposal and Collection within the
City of Kodiak, and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough, with the passage of Ordinance
No. 86-37-0, assumed the same powers in the area outside the cities on
Kodiak Island, and
WHEREAS, rates for solid waste collection and disposal were
established by Resolution No. 86-81-R, and revised by Resolution No. 88-79-R;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly that Resolution No. 88-79-R is hereby amended by adding:
Solid waste disposal fees at the landfill site:
Bagged rged from a passenger automobile,
pickup truck or a less than one yard trailer . . . . . . $ 10.00
