KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
RESOLUTION NO. 89-12-R
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STAFF TO EFFECT CERTAIN LINE ITEM
AND/OR PROJECT LEVEL CHANGES IN THE FY 1989 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Assembly Of the Kodiak Island Borough has approved
the annual appropriation Ordinance No. 88-13-0 for fiscal year 1989 and
various multi-year projects over the life of the life Of such projects, and
WHEREAS, sufficient monies have been appropriated, but a change
is deemed necessary between projects, and
WHEREAS, certain projects are nearing completion with some amounts
Of unexpended funds and certain other projects are in their initial stages
without funding or with insufficient funding;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that staff is hereby authorized
and directed to effect the following project level changes in the 1989 budget:
