RESOLUTION NO. 88-41-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
APPROVING ENROLLMENT IN A GROUP LIFE INSURANCE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the State of Alaska Group Health Care and Life Insurance
for employees of the State of Alaska Political Subdivision provides
$2,000 of life insurance; and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough School District employees
been enrolled in a group life insurance program which provides
000 of life insurance for each employee for several years; and
WHEREAS, the cost of increasing the coverage for all employees of
Kodiak Island Borough is $447 per month; and
WHEREAS, the funds to pay the premium for this program are
ided in the FY 1989 budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough
embly that the Mayor is authorized to enroll the Kodiak Island
