RESOLUTION NO. 88-40-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
ESTABLISHING UNIT PRICES FOR MATERIAL SALES CONTRACTS
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough currently has four (4) material
sales contracts in effect; and
WHEREAS, Section 18.60.060 of the Borough Code requires annual
Assembly review and establishment of minimum unit prices for said
contracts; and
WHEREAS, the Assembly has reviewed the existing royalty rate of
x.75 per cubic yard at the June 16, 1988 meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Borough Assembly that
the royalty rate of 6 .85 per cubic yard be set as the minimum unit price
for material sales contracts during the year from July 1, 1988 to June 30,
1989.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 16th day of June, 1988.
