RESOLUTION NO. 88-36-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
RENEWING THE ANIMAL CONTROL CONTRACT FOR ONE YEAR
WHEREAS, the Chief Animal Control Officer and the Contractors,
call and Carol Covey, have mutually consented to renew the Animal
:rol Services Contract in its entirety, pursuant to the provision of
I, Section 11 and 23 of of that contract; and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly is desirous of
,iding animal control services to the same areas, at the level and
same cost as FY88 as provided in the current contract, subject to
annual escalation therein provided;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Contract between
