A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
REMOVING FROM OVER-THE-COUNTER DISPOSAL CERTAIN BOROUGH
PROPERTIES IN THE LAKESIDE SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the borough conducted Land Sale #10 in 1986,
Dsing a number of parcels of borough land by sealed bid; and
WHEREAS, those lots not sold by sealed bid procedures were
Fared for disposal as over-the-counter parcels; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Borough Assembly to remove
ain properties from over the counter disposal and investigate the
ning of said land in a manner compatible with the surrounding

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island
iugh Assembly that the following parcels be eliminated from
-the-counter disposal:
Lots 4 - 11, Block 3, Lakeside Subdivision
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said parcels be investigated
the Planning and Zoning Commission for rezone in a manner
>atible with the character of the area.
