RESOLUTION NO. 66-11-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY SETTLING CERTAIN
UTILITY ACCOUNTS.
WHEREAS, H A R Enterprises has outstanding rater and sewer inspection
lees in the amount of $13,331.991 and
WHEREAS. H 6 H Enterprises has provided excess lift station capacity
in the system they built, and
WHEREAS. H 6 H Enterprises has sought some method of recovering some
of their cost for installation of a system which will allow future development
'in the areal and
WHEREAS, the installation of the excess capacity represents a cost
!savings to the Borough in the future development of the serer lines.

NOW. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
l!that an amount of 13.331.99 is hereby approved to be reduced from the H t H
,!Enterprises Account in recognition of the excess lift station capacity on the

,condition that the lift station claim and all other claims of H t H Enterprises
here hereby settled.
