ii A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AUTHORIZING THE
'ISSUANCE OF A SPECIAL LAND USE PERMIT.
'! WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly provided for Special
'Land Use Permits for those instances where private residences are located on
Borough -owned lands; and
1, WHEREAS, Mr. Dale S. Lee has been contacted and informed that he is
":trespassing on land owned by the Kodiak Island Borough; and
� WHEREAS, Mr. Lee has expressed interest in retaining his
improvements and abating any trespass action by submitting an application for

a Special land Use Permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Borough Assembly that it
authorized the issuance of a Special Land Use Permit to Mr. Dale S. Lee for
the sole use of a set net cabin in Onion Bay.

by the Kodiak island Borough Assembly.
