!I KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
RESOLUTION NO. 86-29-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY RECOMMENDING THE
!DISPOSAL OF CERTAIN BOROUGH PROPERTIES
WHEREAS, Title 18 of the Borough Code requires that the disposal of
'i Borough land be reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission, and
WHEREAS. Title 18 of the Borough Code requires that the Planning
i;'and Zoning Commission, by resolution, make a recommendation to the Assembly
Ij
'' regarding the proposed land disposal, and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate that the Kodiak Island Borough make
available publicly -owned lands to the private sector, and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough owe land suitable for disposal
1! to the public.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
''Assembly declares the following parcels excess to the Kodiak Island Borough's
needs and therefore available for disposal:
I. Lots 3 through 10, Block 1, Chiniak Alaska Subdivision
2. Lot 15, Block 2, Chiniak Alaska Subdivision
PASSED AND APPROVED this 3 day of April 1986.
