A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AUTHORIZING
IILEASING OF THE OFFICE SPACE IN THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH BUILDING.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough is the owner of

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borugh Assembly
that the Borough Mayor is authorized to negotiate Uaass with the following
governmental and qualifying non-profit coporations at a cost of 61.00 per
square foot:
SPa04 61 Kodiak Island Borough School District - 1,991 square feet
Space 02 Kodiak Island Borough - 10,091 square fast
$pace 03 City of Kodiak - 3,095 square feet
SPace 01 KNOT Radio Station - 1,113 square foot

SPace 05 Kodiak Island Borough - 573 square feet
