A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY URGING THE CITY
,:OF KODIAK TO MAKE A SUITABLE LAND PARCEL AVAILABLE ON NEAR ISLAND FOR DEVELOP-
;MENT OF A MUSEUM BY THE KODIAK AREA NATIVE ASSOCIATION. ,
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Area Native Association is seeking funding for
".development of a historical museum, and

WHEREAS, the museum would be a positive tourist attraction for
(Kodiak Island, and
WHEREAS, a suitable piece of land could be made available
iconditioned upon KAVA obtaining the funding to build the museum.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough

,Assembly that the City of Kodiak is urged to make a suitable land parcel
available for development of a museum by the Kodiak Area Native Association.
