A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH AWARDING THE AKHIOK
:MEDICAL CLINIC CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT.
I WHEREAS, a Design/Build proposal was properly developed and adver-
'Itised in accordance with local and state laws, for construction of the Akhiok
I
Medical Clinic, and
WHEREAS, Northern Exploration & Equipment Company has tendered a
proposal and negotiated a reduced scope of work to provide the Akhiok
i
Medical Clinic in an amount not to exceed $145,450.00 and
i
WHEREAS, Funds are available to construct the Akhiok Medical
Clinic,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
' to Award the Akhiok Medical Clinic Construction project to Northern
Exploration and Equipment Company, of Kodiak in an amount not to exceed

$145,450.00.
