WHEREAS, a Design/Build proposal was properly developed and adver-

�Itised in accordance with local and state laws, for construction of the Akhiok
Vehicle Storage Facility, and
WHEREAS, Northern Exploration 6 Equipment Company has tendered a
!proposal and negotiated a reduced scope of work to
provide the Akhiok Vehicle
,IStorage Facility in an amount not to exceed $105,530.00 and

WHEREAS, Funds are available to construct the Akhiok Vehicle
I
'Storage Facility,
'I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
IIto Award the Akhiok Vehicle Storage Building Construction project to Northern
!Exploration and Equipment Company, of Kodiak in an amount not to exceed
$105,530.00.
