RESOLUTION NO. 85-96-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY SURPLUSSING AN
JNUSABLE KATO 1OKW GENERATOR.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough owns a Kato 10 KW generator which
goes not operate which is located at the school facilities at Chiniak, and
WHEREAS, the bid for repair to the generator indicates that cost of
repair will exceed the value of the generator, and
WHEREAS, the Chiniak Library Association, a non-profit organization,
has requested the generator be made available for parts to maintain the Kato
1OKW generator which was purchased last year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
that the Kato 1OKW generator described herein is declared surplus to the needs
of the Kodiak Island Borough and donated to the Chiniak Library Association.
