RESOLUTION 85-93-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY APPROVING THE
FACILITY PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS PREPARED BY SUNDBERG AND
AND DIRECTING STAFF TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE
FACILITY.
WHEREAS, Plans and Specifications for construction of a new Mainte-
ce Facility have been properly prepared, and
WHEREAS, the Architectural Review Board has reviewed and commented
the Plans and Specifications for a new Maintenance Facility, and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough School Board has reviewed and
roved the Maintenance Facility Plans and Specifications and recommended
n of the Facility by the Borough, and
WHEREAS, construction of the Maintenance Facility is the final
ded by the 1979 General Obligation School Bond issuance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
approve the Maintenance Facility Plans and Specifications prepared by
and Associates, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that staff advertise for bids for
the Maintenance Facility.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of October 1985 by the
Borough Assembly.
