A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AMENDING THE
ISLAND BOROUGH LANDFILL PROJECT DESIGN CONTRACT WITH ARCTIC ENGINEERS,
INC.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough has contracted with Arctic Engi-
neers, Inc. for design of the Kodiak Island Borough Landfill Project, and
WHEREAS, available design money has been expended due to extra work
Mand redesign required for the Baler Facility, and
WHEREAS, further design work and construction services are required
Ifor construction of the Baler Facility and Landfill Upgrade, and
WHEREAS, the cost of design work and construction services as
estimated at a dollar value of $ 69,500..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
direct staff to amend the Kodiak Island Borough Landfill Project design con-
ct with Arctic Engineers, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $ 69,500.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of Octoher , 1985 by the Kodiak
Borough Assembly.
