A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY TO EFFECT CERTAIN
BUDGET CHANGES IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUNDS.
ii WHEREAS, the Assembly of the Kodiak Island Borough has appropriated
ppropria [ed
certain fixed sums of money and budgeted those monies to complete specific
!capital projects, and j
WHEREAS, certain projects are nearing completion with some amounts
,Ilof unexpended funds and certain other projects are in their initial stages li
,without funding or with insufficient funding.

I t NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that staff is hereby authorized and
'jdirected to effect the following project level changes:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that staff is authorized and directed to
jeffect the necessary line item changes within the limits established above by
�iproject to properly monitor, account and report for the expenditures of these
jfunds.
All resolutions or parts of resolutions found to be in conflict with
resolution are hereby explicitly rescinded.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 10th day of September 1985 by the
