RESOLUTION NO. 85-83-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REQUESTING COMPLE-
TION OF A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR SHUYAK ISLAND.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough owns a large parcel of land on
Shuyak Island, and
WHEREAS, Shuyak Island is within the Kodiak Island Borough and is
therefore subject to the Kodiak Island Borough Planning and Zoning Powers, and
WHEREAS, the Assembly desires to manage Shuyak Island in a circumspect
manner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
:'requests that the Kodiak Island Borough Planning and Zoning Commission prepare d
". comprehensive plan for Shuyak Island for review and adoption by the Assembly not
-'later than April 1986.
