!j A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AWARDING THE
.'STAGE LIGHTING INSTRUMENTS AND ACCESSORIES CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, specifications were properly prepared, advertised, and bids
Ilsolicited in accordance with applicable Municipal Codes for procurement of Stage
(Lighting Instruments and Accessories, and
I WHEREAS, the Stage Lighting Instruments and Accessories were removed
from the original Auditorium Design Documents to minimize costs, and
I
WHEREAS, Stage Lighting Instruments and Accessories are required for
p roper Auditorium operation, and
j WHEREAS, the responsive low bidder has been determined to be
I
Stagecraft Industries, Inc. of Portland, Oregon, and
WHEREAS, funds are available for this procurement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
,that the Stage Lighting Instruments and Accessories contract to awarded to
