RESOLUTION NO. 85-39-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AWARDING THE
SOLID WASTE BALING EQUIPMENT CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, funds are available for purchase of Solid Waste Baling
Equipment, and
WHEREAS, proposal documents were properly prepared and advertised
according to code, and
WHEREAS, the responsible proposer has been determined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
that the contract to provide Solid Waste Baling Equipment be awarded to
Harris, Press and Shear, Incorporated of St. Paul, Minnesota for:
