RESOLUTION NO. 85-32-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF CONTRACT AMENDMENTS NO. 10 AND 11 WITH
URS COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR WATER AND SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS IN SERVICE DISTRICT NO. 1.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough by Resolution No. 82-13-R approved a
contract with URS Company for design of water and sewer improvements in Service
District No. 1; and
WHEREAS, the fourth and fifth projects were awarded to Brechan Enterprises,
Inc., and Felton Construction Company on March 7, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough desires to have URS Company continue
with project administration through the construction phase:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
that Amendments No. 10 and 11 for provision of construction services by URS Company
are approved with costs and fixed fees not to exceed the following:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above expenditures are hereby authorized
from funds received for the Island Lake Water and Sewer Project and that the Borough
Manager is hereby authorized and instructed to execute the appropriate documents.
