RESOLUTION NO. 85-16-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AUTHORIZING STAFF
TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE AUDITORIUM/OLD MAIN REMODEL CONTRACT WITH
SUNDBERG AND ASSOCIATES, INC./DYKEMAN, OGDEN, ALDRIDGE & QUINTON FOR DESIGN OF
THE MAINTENANCE FACILITY.
WHEREAS, Sundberg and Associates, Inc./Dykeman, Ogden, Aldridge &
Quinton have tendered a proposal dated December 26, 1984 for design of the
Maintenance Facility Project for $62,451, and
WHEREAS, the design is in accordance with the Upper Mill Bay School
Complex Master Plan authorized by Kodiak Island Borough Resolution No.
81-89-R, and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough School District has recommended
that the Borough proceed with designing the Maintenance Facility utilizing
Sundberg and Associates, Inc./Dykeman, Ogden, Aldridge & Quinton, and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough School District has decided to
continue the use of the existing site for the maintenance functions and this
site utilizes space in the Old Main Elementary School.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
that staff execute an amendment to the Auditorium/Old Main Remodel Design
contract with Sundberg and Associates, Inc./Dykeman, Ogden, Aldridge & Quinton
for design of the Maintenance Facility in an amount not to exceed $62,451.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 7th day of February , 1985 by the
Kodiak Island Borough Assembly.
