RESOLUTION NO. 85-15-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AUTHORIZING STAFF
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH MILLS, JOHN & RIGDON, ARCHITECTS AIA, FOR DESIGN OF
THE KODIAK ISLAND HOSPITAL MASTER FACILITY PLAN AND SCHEMATIC DESIGN.
WHEREAS, Mills, John & Rigdon, Architects AIA, have tendered a
proposal dated December 11, 1984 to provide design services for the Kodiak
Island Hospital Master Facility Plan and Schematic Design Project for
$194,000, and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Hospital Advisory Board and
Architectural Review Board has recommended selection of Mills, John & Rigdon,
Architects AIA, to provide design services for the Kodiak Island Hospital
Master Facility Plan and Schematic Design Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
that the design contract for the Kodiak Island Borough Hospital Master
Facility Plan and Schematic Design be awarded to Mills, John & Rigdon,
Architects AIA in an amount not to exceed $194,000.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 7th day of February , 1985 by the Kodiak
Island Borough Assembly.
