AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEM LY
REVISING SECTION 17.21.050, BUSINESS DISTRICT
AS IT RELATES TO OUTDOOR STORAGE _-
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly 7haoreceived a
large number of negative comments about the way outdoage is
,regulated in the business district; and L=/
WHEREAS, the citizens of the Kodiak Island B rough have been
making a conscious effort to clean up the communit/✓,}�� d
WHEREAS, the community has been actiiv encouraging the
expansion of the tourism industry; and ( //
WHEREAS, a cleaner community is a Pta thier place to live, as well
as a more attractive place to visit;
NOW, THEREFORE the Kodiak Isl#i;d Borough Assembly hereby
ordains that: (J/
Section 1. This ordinance is/(f general and permanent nature
and shall become a part of the Code of 0 inances of the Kodiak Island

Section 2. Section 17.21.05 D) is amended by adding:
