WHEREAS, there is currently no fee frr the dis osal of this
material, and
WHEREAS, the disposal of construction mate Isla in residential
dumpsters increases the cost of solid vaso dlspos 1 eo all eaxpayera.
HOW. THEREFORE, the Kodiak Island Born gh Asseably hereby ordains
that:
