ORDINANCE NO, 88-11-0
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING SUBDIVIDING THE PURCHASE OF
GOODS AND SERVICES FOR THE BOROUGH IN A MANNER THAT
:IRCUMVENTS THE COMPETITIVE BIDDING REQUIREMENTS OR OTHER
LIMITATIONS CONTAINED IN THE BOROUGH'S PURCHASING CODE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Assembly of Kodiak Island Borough
Section 1, This ordinance is of a general and permanent
and shall be codified.
Section 2. The Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by
Section 3.16.105 as follows:
3.16.105 Circumvention of Bidding Requirements Prohibited. No
