AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
APPROPRIATING
PROCEEDS OF INSURANCE CLAIM FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
PORT LIONS GYMNASIUM

WHEREAS,on ember 12, 1987
1987 the Port Lions gymnasium was

the building and contents were covered by insurance;
WHEREAS, the insurance company has provided a speedy and
equitable settlement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Assembly of the
Kodiak Island Borough that the amount of
appropriated for the construction of the replac0ement2 structure.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the following amounts are
