Commissioners Present:, Greg Egle-Chair, David Heuman-Secretary, Jon Melin, Bill Roberts
and Blake Strain. David Conrad, Fire Chief. One vacant seat.
Commissioner Excused; Billy Ecret, vice chair
Public Present; None
Approval of amended agenda by unanimous vote.
Approval of minutes by unanimous vote for:
1. Regular Meeting August 4, 2026 and Regular meeting June 2, 2026_
Citizen Comments none
Contractor Report
1. None, no Representative tonight due to paving project on Highway underway at present.
Chairman's Report:
1. Work Orders; 2 outstanding; signs and ditches, will add grading and potholes
2. Budget updates, expended to date;
a) FD; 35%
b) RS; 5%
3. Correspondence; Greg Egle working with AKDOT for RAP materials.
Old Business:
Fire Dept
a) Stipends; DC to pursue.
b) Polaris UTV for Wildlands Fire Response_ Approved purchase NTE 100k
c) Extraction Tools; In transit from vendor.
2. Road Service
a) none
New Business:
1. Fire Dept;
a) Will be adding D1 to apron adjacent to pavement in front of Firehall for improved
parking, for voter and community access improvements
2. Road Service;
