SUPPLEMENT No. 1
KODIAK AIRPORT
THIS SUPPLEMENT to Lease ADA49237 is entered into by and between the State of
Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Statewide Aviation Leasing,
Central Region, whose mailing address is PO Box 1 96900, Anchorage, Alaska 99519-6900,
refened to as the Lessor, and Alaska Airlines, lnc., whose address is PO Box 68900, Seattle,
Washington 98168-0900, refened to as the Lessee, including exhibit(s) and signature
page(s) as follows:
Effective February 1 , 1983, Lease ADA-052 12, was executed between the Lessor
and Alaska Airlines, lnc. for Lot 1A, Block 1200, consisting of approximately 26,875
square feet of land; and
2. On January 31, 2018, Lease ADA-05212 expired and successive Lease
ADA-09237, became effective February 1 , 2018, between the Lessor and Alaska
Airlines, lnc.; and
3. The Lessee desires to amend the above-described principal agreement; and
4. The parties find it will be to their mutual advantage to extend, supplemenl, amend, or
revise said contract.
NOW, in consideration of the foregoing, Lease ADA-09237 is hereby
supplemented, amended or revised in the following particulars only, viz.:
l. ARTICLE I (Premises), Section A is hereby replaced in its entirety as follows
A. The Lessor leases to the Lessee, and the Lessee leases from the Lessor,
the following described property (Premises), located on the Kodiak Benny
Benson State Airport (Airport), in Section 15, Township 28 South, Range
