Borough Updates Automatic Transfer Switch Design Update Codi Allen relayed to the board that ARB (Architectural Review Board) had reviewed and approved the 35% ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) drawings. Staff reviewed a request to expand the project footprint for future development and determined the planned expansion remains appropriate. Discussion continued regarding fixed versus portable load bank options. Both options remain under evaluation pending further design development. The design team is moving towards a 65% design submission, which will provide more information about the load bank options. It was decided that the 95% design submission would be foregone and would instead move straight towards 100% design submission. Reverse Osmosis (RO) & Steam Generator Design Update Codi Allen updated the board that concerns were identified regarding compatibility between the proposed RO/Steam generator and the hospital's existing sterilization equipment. As a result, design work has been paused pending further evaluation. Tyler Steele with Providence provided an update that a system -wide sterilization service assessment is underway, with a facility evaluation scheduled for August 3. The assessment will provide further direction regarding the RO & Steam Generator project. It was discussed that the existing design contract may need to be terminated and redesigned to accommodate revised project requirements, depending on what the assessment provides.
