The meeting was called to order at 11:00 a.m.

Present were Brian Himelbloom, Ben Millstein, Tracy Chandler, James Arneson, and Stephen
Paulson.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Paulson suggests moving Plan 2045, CIP list, and letter of support to ITN under unfinished
business.
Chandler moved to approve agenda as amended
Himebloom seconds motion
