A regular meeting of the Kodiak Island Borough Planning and Zoning Commission was held on
March 18, 2026, in the Borough Assembly Chambers. The meeting was called to order at 6:30
p.m. Staff present were Community Development Director Christopher French, Community
Development Assistant Planner Bronwyn Currie, and Secretary III Hailee Wallace.
CALL TO ORDER
Meeting was called to order at 6:30p.m.

DAGEN moved to excuse Sara Fraser from the Regular Meeting
VOICE VOTE CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
Present were Athenas Williamson, Tracy Craig, Craig Dagen, Cort Neff, and Joseph Delgado.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
CRAIG moved to approve the agenda.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
DAGEN moved to approve the Regular Meeting minutes of February 18,2026.

PUBLIC HEARING
Case No. 26-014. Request: Rezone of U.S.S 3099 Lot 21, Sublot 6, from R1 - Single -
Family Residential District to PL - Public Use Lands District.
Staff recommends approval for Case No. 26-014, the City of Kodiak's Rezone.
recommended motion "I move to approve resolution FY2026-17"
DELGADO moved to approve Resolution FY2026-017
Craig moved to amend Resolution FY2026-017 to add corrections.
