Expand the existing restroom to meet ADA clear -floor requirements and install an ADA-compliant ramp/threshold at the restroom entry. Add one private treatment room (partial -height partition, not to ceiling). Prepare the demising wall shared with Unit B for a future opening. Clean the exposed industrial ceiling and paint all walls. Phase 2 — Unit B (center unit): Replace flooring throughout with new carpet tile. Replace washer and dryer.
