BUDGET WORK SESSION MEETING MINUTES

Call to Order: 5:32
Commissioners Present: Billy Ecret-vice chair, Greg Egle-Chair, Dave Heuman-Secretary,
Blake Strain and Bill Roberts. One vacant position. Dave Conrad, WBVFD Chief.
Jon Melin, excused absence.
Approval of amended agenda by unanimous vote.
Budget Discussion
1. Fire Dept FY 27
a. Dave Conrad and Bill Ecret presented the Proposed Budget to the board. After a
discussion and clarifications the board moved to forward the packet to the KIB for
publication and to be voted for adoption at the March 3 Public Hearing meeting.
2. Road Service FY 27
a. Dave Heuman presented the proposed budget packet to the board. After a
discussion and clarifications the board moved to forward the packet to the KIB for
publication and to be voted for adoption at the March 3 Public Hearing meeting.
Fire Department update
1. The hydraulic tools were serviced by licensed technician.
2. 1 new AE was purchased
3. The new battery powered exhaust fan has been purchased
4. The fire house door repairs totaled 44k
