Commissioners Present: Billy Ecret-vice chair, Greg Egle-Chair, Dave Heuman-Secretary, Jon
Melin and Bill Roberts. Two vacant positions
Also in Attendance: Chris Nolan, Brechan. Carl Hayes, resident_
Approval of agenda by unanimous vote.
Approval of minutes by unanimous vote for:
1. Regular Meeting of October 7, 2025.
Citizen's Comments: None present
Contractor Comments:
1. October work; Pothole patching, grading
2_ Nolan said its possible to break the Asphalt replacement into sections. Repave approx .2
miles -200k. This would be milling, regrading crown and paving.
Chairman's Report:
1. Work Orders; none outstanding currently
2. Budget updates
a) FD; 18% of budget to date
b) RS; 11 % of budget to date
3. Correspondence; none
Old Business:
1. Fire Dept
a) Apt lease; motion to approve as presented by KI B passed unanimously
b) Garage door opener replacement; work order generated
2. Road Service; none

a) Discussed Snow removal priority
i) Firehall and bus Routes first, will review contract language
