Request a Parking Review, according to KIBC 17.175.050, to allow three (3) off - street parking spaces required in support of Lot 7A, Allman and Lalande Subdivision, to be located on Lot 9, Allman and Lalande Subdivision, a lot located within 600 feet of the subject parcel. Dear Mr. Pillans: The Kodiak Island Borough Planning and Zoning Commission at their regular meeting on October 17, 2012, approved the parking review request cited above, subject to the following conditions: CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL 1. Acquire a written contract for 3 additional parking spaces for at least 1 year. An appeal of this decision may be initiated by; 1) the applicant, or 2) any person who was sent a written notice or submitted timely written comments or gave oral testimony at the public hearing before the Commission, by filing a written notice of appeal with the Borough Clerk within ten (10) working days of the date of the Commission's decision. The notice of appeal must state the specific grounds for the appeal and the relief sought by the appellant, and is accompanied by the $350 appeal fee.
